Today I would like to commemorate the career of my longtime friend and Orange County Rescue Mission Board Member, Joseph O. Oltmans II.  Joe Oltmans has been a member of Orange County Rescue Mission’s Board of Directors since 2002, and for 17 years now, he has been instrumental to the leadership of this ministry.

Recently, Joe announced his decision to retire as  Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Oltmans Construction Co., after 55 years of wonderful service.  I am grateful that even in retirement, Joe will remain on as a Board Member for Orange County Rescue Mission, and his service to this ministry will continue for years to come.  Joe is an incredible example of hard work, dedication, and humble service both to Oltmans Construction Co. and to his community.
