Title/brief description of the position:

 

Site Manager of the Tustin Temporary Emergency Shelter. I oversee operations of the shelter; collaborate with the Tustin Police Department and City of Tustin; provide shelter to homeless individuals in Tustin; oversee client care; work with outside resources to engage guests in services; monthly reports; manage employees and contractors; keep the shelter going and ensure the safety of the facility; problem solve; and manage difficult situations.

What is your favorite thing about working at OCRM?

 

Serving people in need, watching people grow and being part of an amazing team of people with servants hearts; being free to talk about GOD.

  • Girls Home Coordinator
    The Girls Home Coordinator provides live in home daily assistance for emotional, educational, and Biblical support for at risk teen girls while working towards reunification between the teens and their parents by providing a safe, loving, Christ centered home. 
  • Hope Harbor Girls Home Respite Parent
    The Hope Harbor Respite Parent fills in for the House Parent as needed, providing respite care and support to teenagers facing challenges, with the overarching goal of preventing homelessness and ensuring their long-term success. This role involves creating a safe and nurturing environment, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall well-being of the teens under the care of Hope Harbor. This is a part time, backup position with a variable schedule that includes weekend and vacation coverage.
  • Case Manager
    The Case Manager assists students towards self-sufficiency through accountability, mentoring, instruction, and coordination of services. This position has a schedule of Monday through Friday: Monday: 12:30PM-9PM; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30AM-5PM; Sunday rotation every 4 weeks.
  • Hope Family Housing Case Manager
    Hope Family Housing is another step along the journey to self-sufficiency, for those in need of affordable housing. These communities in Buena Park and Orange serve as the final transition for formerly homeless individuals and families. Hope Family Housing’s primary goal is to provide affordable housing in an environment of independent living with program-driven and supportive services.. The Hope Family Housing Case Manager oversees all OCRM Hope Family Housing programmatic functions.
