Employee of The Month

Sirena Rhodes
March, 2026

Title/Brief Description of the Position:
As the Program Services Navigator, I oversee some of the most important services, including tattoo removal, the mentorship program, Legal Services, the Confident Smile program, Pave the Way program, and support for student needs. A large part of my position involves scheduling appointments, coordinating services, communicating with outside providers, and helping students navigate barriers that may impact their success. I also support students through mentorship matching and legal assistance, such as expungements. My role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and compassion, as I often work directly with students who are overcoming difficult life challenges. One of the most meaningful parts of my position is being able to support students throughout their journey and witness their personal growth, achievements, and success stories.

How long have you worked at OCRM?
3 years and 5 months.

What is your favorite thing about working at OCRM?
I love the camaraderie, the positive work environment, and the feeling of family with my coworkers. I also love that I am in a position to help our students and be a witness to their success.

What do you find most rewarding about your work?
Seeing students get their records expunged and watching students reach their fullest potential and goals. The most rewarding part is being a part of that journey and watching their growth.

What is your favorite/most helpful employee benefit?
My favorite employee benefit is the insurance and the Nonstop card that helps with co-payments. I also appreciate having quarterly personal days that encourage self-care.
