Title/brief description of the position. Veteran Services Case Manager: Navigate Veteran OCRM students through the program.

 

How long  have you worked at OCRM? 2 years 3 months as Veteran Services Case Manager. 

 

Although my history with the Orange County Rescue mission spans the last 8 years, first as a graduate student, then as TVO Resident Advisor (a volunteer staff position).

 

What is your favorite thing about working at OCRM? The “mission” of the Mission, Ministering to the Least, the Last, and the Lost. 

 

What do you find most rewarding about your work? Any, and all successful outcomes.

 

What is your favorite/most helpful employee benefit? Open and unhindered worshiping for our Lord Jesus Christ, prayer, fellowship, camaraderie.

  • Manager - Data and Analytics
    The Manager – Data and Analytics performs at a high level of autonomy to conduct analysis to assess the quality and meaning of data from systems used by all Rescue Mission entities. This role requires the ability and technical knowledge to analyze and filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems and using statistical tools to identify, research, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction. 
  • Development Administrative Assistant
    The Development Administrative Assistant provides essential and confidential systems support and project management for the Chief Development Officer and Development management staff. The Development Administrative Assistant oversees a wide range of complex projects, databases and administrative systems with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.

  • PCE Preschool Lead
    The PCE Preschool Lead oversees all children and their Social Emotional well-being at the Village of Hope. Responsible for completing tasks and projects that support and maintain an environment that instills the advancement of those we serve towards dependency on Jesus Christ and financial self-sufficiency; the fulfillment of ministry mission & eight key values; and the efficient & accountable stewardship of ministry resources.
  • Case Manager Assistant
    The Case Manager Assistant supports the case management team’s operations by handling a wide-range of program and VOH campus related tasks. These include administrative duties, room inspections, drug testing, distributing med-line supplies, and aiding students with tasks delegated by the VOH Manager or designate.
  • Case Manager of VOH and Strong Beginnings (Temporary)
    As the temporary Case Manager of VOH and Strong Beginnings, you will serve survivors of sex trafficking in a partnership to provide Biblical counseling, comprehensive services, and support. You will assists students towards self-sufficiency through accountability, mentoring, instruction, and coordination of services. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to provide both practical and biblical assignments that will lead our students towards growth.
  • DRR Lead Maintenance Technician
    The DRR Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing and coordinating general maintenance and repairs at Double R Ranch and on occasion across Orange County Rescue Mission campuses. This includes routine upkeep of buildings, systems, and equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and cleanliness of the facilities.
  • DRR PCE Program K-12 Coordinator
    The DRR PCE Program K-12 Coordinator supervises school-aged children during after school hours and evenings. Assist with homework and skill development. Build positive relationships with children, volunteers, and parents. Provide a safe and supportive environment while facilitating activities. 
  • DRR Educator/Vocational Program Coordinator
    Support the expansion of the OCRM High School Diploma Program by providing educational counseling, assistance, and academic support to the students at the Double R Ranch in effort to meet the needs and outcomes of completing high school credits and passing the Hi-SET equivalency exam. In addition, this position is responsible for developing DRR’s vocational program under Mission University, including creation, implementation, and administration of vocational certificate program for DRR student job assignments.
  • DRR Overnight Safety & Security Specialist
    The DRR Overnight Safety & Security Specialist position is responsible for all tasks related to nightly security and front desk, including fire alarms, medical calls, nightly patrols, key audits, report writing, and monitoring of security surveillance cameras. 
  • Front Desk Services Representative
    The Front Desk Services Representative is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk.
  • Overnight Safety & Security Specialist
    The Overnight Safety & Security Specialist is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk, including nightly patrols and monitoring of security camera activity.
