  • Director of Development
    The Director of Development is responsible for strategizing, executing and managing the major gifts program, including major donor relations, mid-level donor relations, planned giving, capital needs, and grants, to increase the ministry’s funding base of both Orange County Rescue Mission and Hope Harbor under the direction of the Chief Development Officer. In addition, the Director will manage a caseload of 75 qualified major donors where he/she will be cultivating and stewarding donor relationships as well as proactively soliciting and securing major gifts.
  • HR Generalist
    The HR Generalist supports the shared service responsibilities of the HR department with Hurtt Family Health Clinic by acting as a direct point of contact for Hurtt employees regarding HR-related matters, addressing questions and concerns, and helping resolve conflicts in collaboration with HR management. This role facilitates the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to pre-employment to onboarding to performance to termination, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining comprehensive employee records. This position is full-time with a schedule of 32 hours (4 days) per week.
  • Front Desk Services Representative - Part Time
    This position is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk.
  • Hope Harbor Girls Home Respite Parent
    The Hope Harbor Respite Parent fills in for the House Parent as needed, providing respite care and support to teenagers facing challenges, with the overarching goal of preventing homelessness and ensuring their long-term success. This role involves creating a safe and nurturing environment, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to the overall well-being of the teens under the care of Hope Harbor. This is a part time, backup position with a variable schedule that includes weekend and vacation coverage.
  • Overnight Safety & Security Specialist
    The Rescue Mission is looking for part-time assistance (Friday OR Saturday overnights from 10:00pm-6:30am & Sunday overnights from 10:00pm-2:30am) with our Safety & Security team at the Village of Hope. The Overnight Safety & Security Specialist is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk, including nightly patrols and monitoring of security camera activity.
