What is your favorite thing about working at OCRM?
Interacting with our guests and students. Specifically our kids here.

 

What do you find most rewarding about your work?
You know that feeling you get after doing a good deed, how it makes your entire day better? I get to experience that every day by working here. Seeing our students come in feeling hopeless and broken, then watching them navigate the program, accept Jesus into their lives, and witness how God works within them is truly rewarding.

 

What is your favorite/most helpful employee benefit?
Our PTO is a huge benefit. It allows me to be present with my family, especially for my kid’s school activities.

  • DRR Food Services Supervisor
    The Food Services Supervisor at Double R Ranch is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, ensuring high-quality meal preparation, food safety compliance, and an engaging learning environment for students and volunteers. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands-on culinary expertise, and the ability to mentor and guide a diverse team while upholding the mission and values of the Ranch.
  • Program Services Navigator
    The Program Services Navigator will oversee critical student support programs at Village of Hope, ensuring that students receive the guidance and resources necessary for personal transformation. This role includes managing the mentorship programs, coordinating dental care and tattoo removal services, and directing students to resources for record expungement and legal matters. The manager will work closely with internal and external partners to ensure the effective delivery of services and provide leadership for students in need of specialized support.

    The Donor Relations Manager- Mid-Level Officer serves a caseload of donors by initiating, building and maintaining dynamic, reciprocal relationships with individuals, couples, and families who partner financially with OC Rescue Mission.

    The Summer to Remember Counselors will work in collaboration with the Parent Child Enrichment Center in carrying out the Summer to Remember program. This includes providing summer camp assistance with planned activities for children aged preschool through 12th grade. The Summer to Remember program runs from the end of May through mid-August.

    The Rescue Mission is looking for on-call assistance to pick up shifts from Monday-Sunday, 10:00pm-6:30am with our Safety & Security team at the Village of Hope. Please specify which days/times you are able or prefer to work on the application. The Overnight Safety & Security Specialist is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk, including nightly patrols and monitoring of security camera activity.
