The Parent & Child Enrichment Center (PCE) Manager involves overseeing the operations of PCE/Concordia, with a focus on supporting children, students, and staff to foster a nurturing and educational environment.

The Safety & Security Assistant Manager Supports the Safety & Security Manager in maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, volunteers, and visitors at OCRM. This role is responsible for assisting all security operations, enforcing policies, responding to incidents with professionalism and compassion and helping create a stable and welcoming environment for individuals experiencing homelessness.

The Education Specialist will support the OCRM High School Diploma Program by providing educational counseling, assisting adult High School students in completion of the GED, or diploma and providing academic support to the students at the Rescue Mission.

The Donor Relations Manager – Mid-Level Gift Officer’s main job function and purpose is to serve a caseload of donors by initiating, building and maintaining dynamic, reciprocal relationships with individuals, couples, and families who partner financially with OC Rescue Mission.

The Donor Relations Manager solicits, cultivates, and stewards donor relationships based on major gift strategy of building 1:1 relationships with the goal of moving donors to a higher level of engagement and an increase in major gifts year over year.

The Front Desk Services Representative is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk.

The On-Call Audio Visual Technician is responsible for running all Orange County Rescue Mission chapel audio and video during church services along with major Orange County Rescue Mission on and off site events.  The individual may also assist the Manager of Special Events with a variety of projects and tasks related for events.

The Rescue Mission is looking for on-call assistance to pick up shifts from Monday-Sunday, 10:00pm-6:30am with our Safety & Security team at the Village of Hope. Please specify which days/times you are able or prefer to work on the application. The Overnight Safety & Security Specialist is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk, including nightly patrols and monitoring of security camera activity.
