How long have you worked at OCRM? 2 years
What is your favorite thing about working at OCRM? Can I mention two? My favorite things about working here is being part of a team that embodies humility, service, and a love for the Lord. Also, it’s a privilege to witness and participate in the life-changing ministry happening in the lives of our students. God is doing something big here, and I’m grateful to have a front-row seat to His incredible work unfolding.
What is your favorite/most helpful employee benefit? For practical reasons, health care and managers/team members prioritizing family since my kids are little!

They help build positive relationships with children, volunteers, and parents. Provide a safe and supportive environment while facilitating activities.

Front Desk Services RepresentativeThis Front Desk Services Representative is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk.
