These Terms and Conditions describe our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information, specific to your phone number data.

By providing your phone number on any written or digital communications with Orange County Rescue Mission, you consent to receive texts, including autodialed and automated texts, to that number with important updates, including impact stories, notifications, and donation opportunities from Orange County Rescue Mission. If you have questions, you can call (714) 247-4300. Reply HELP for help, or STOP to discontinue receiving messages. Message & Data Rates May Apply. Message frequency may vary. Donations may be solicited. SMS opt-in and phone number data is used respectfully and will not be misused – it will not be sold, rented, or shared. You can view our Privacy Policy here. 

Text Message Communications Terms and Conditions

Orange County Rescue Mission uses text messaging to communicate with you with important updates including impact stories, notifications, and donation opportunities. Normal messaging rates apply and the frequency of messages may vary. Mobile Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
  • You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at info@rescuemission.org. This will end communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by the company, and you may opt out of those in a similar manner.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly be emailing info@rescuemission.org or by calling (714) 247-4300.

SMS Terms and Conditions of Use
Orange County Rescue Mission uses SMS to communicate with you important updates, impact stories, notifications, and donation opportunities.

  • You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  • If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly be emailing info@rescuemission.org or by calling (714) 247-4320.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
