Employee of The Month

Bobby Ryu
August, 2025

Title/brief description of the position. Front Desk Services Representative. I greet and help staff, donors, volunteers, and intakes. I serve as an extension of all departments at OCRM.

How long have you worked at OCRM? 1 Year

What is your favorite thing about working at OCRM? Serving with the most amazing colleagues and front desk teammates! The work here is challenging, so it’s a huge privilege and blessing to work with such great people. Together we get opportunities to interact with people from all walks of life and minister to them with the love of Jesus Christ.

What do you find most rewarding about your work? Lives are changed in remarkable ways here! OCRM operates so dynamically and creatively, leveraging an incredibly wide range of services and partnerships to help individuals and families many of whom go on to impact their neighbors and communities. Getting a front row seat to all of this is immensely rewarding!

What is your favorite/most helpful employee benefit? Shout out to our awesome HR team! I’m a big fan of all the ways they support us and promote our culture at OCRM. Among my favorites, PTO is near or at the top of my list – it is so generous -- and close behind are the plans they have created for covering and reimbursing employee health care costs.
