Whole Foods Check

OCRM Development staff receives this generous check from Tustin’s Whole Foods

If you prefer to shop with companies that are socially conscious and charitably generous, I am a first hand witness to the kindness of Whole Foods Market.

Whole Foods is potentially most well known for their supply of high-end organic food, however, its nice to know that companies really put their money where their mouth is.

Whole Foods places a strong emphasis on helping the local community, giving more than 5% of their total net profits back to social causes each year. The Orange County Rescue Mission has been a grateful recipient of this generosity for a few years now. With Whole Foods’ commitment to give back, it is credited to the customers that shop with this company and so generously recognize the opportunity to give when presented the opportunity through Whole Food’s avenues of giving.

Thank you Whole Foods and local shoppers who have provided this generous check for funds toward meals for the homeless men, women and children that reside within our community of Orange County. We are thrilled to receive this gift and partner with such outstanding companies like Whole Foods.

You can feed more homeless families in need HERE.
