9:00 – 10:45 AM – Check-In and Booth Setup
10:45 AM – Announcements at Main Stage
11:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Booths are open for business
1:00 – 1:30 PM – Awards Ceremony
1:30 – 2:00 PM – Cleanup

*Chairs will not be provided. Participants must bring their own.
**Only (1) 6-foot table will be provided. Participants may bring up to (2) additional tables to fit within their booth.
***This is a cashless event. Guests will be buying their purchases with tickets, which can be purchased by cash or card at the front gate OR in the center of the Courtyard at the Fair. We will have volunteers available to collect your child’s tickets throughout the Fair to be exchanged for cash.
****Price points must be set to whole dollar amounts.
Participation in the event requires three steps for registration:
1) booth payment
2) sign and send a liability waiver
3) submit basic participant and product information

Liability Waiver
Please download the liability waiver below, sign and return it to Ashley Binder. Email the waiver to Ashley at ashley.binder@rescuemission.org or postal mail to 1 Hope Drive, Tustin, CA 92782. Registration is not considered complete if the liability waiver has not been received.
Each participant must send in a signed waiver, including partners within the same booth.
