Hope Harbor consists of two homes that provide transitional and long-term housing and care for teen girls and boys at risk of homelessness. Teens live in a safe, structured, and life-transforming home environment with live-in house parents. The teens attend school, complete daily chores, participate in a church youth group, and volunteer in the community. They also receive individual and family counseling, case management, life-skills sessions, and tutoring.
