Greater Growth and Transitions-

June 9, 2014

This particular morning was more emotional than I expected as I joined friends and colleagues to reflect on my time serving with Orange County’s Commission to End Homelessness and receiving this recognition from those I have served alongside for so long. Thank you Supervisor John M. W. Moorlach and friends for seeking the cause of serving the least, the last and the lost of our community.

Jim Palmer

It has been my privilege to serve alongside this Board of Supervisors in efforts to impact the community development of Orange County and seek solutions for the men, women and children that are left to the streets.

In pausing to reflect on how far we have come in the efforts to end homelessness in Orange County, I am grateful for all of the relationships and partnerships that have contributed to these accomplishments and I look forward with anticipation and expectation for the developments that God will continue to work in and through us to serve our community and rescue the least, the last and the lost.
