This small, strikingly beautiful exclusive community provides seventeen 2-3 bedroom family units with designer furnishings. Housing families in need since 2008, this community is made possible by the City of Buena Park, HomeAidOC, and the Orange County Rescue Mission.

This transitional housing community is  managed by the Orange County Rescue Mission, providing an on-site Manager for additional support to residents. Residents typically transition from motel environments or OCRM facilities where they have progressed through various life-changing instructions. This housing community is intended to provide a final phase of transition for homeless families, with the primary focus of the program to provide HOPE through an environment of independent living with supportive services over a six-month to two-year period.

Each apartment will have a kitchen, dining room, 2-3 bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room, and access for parking. In addition, there is a spacious common outdoor play area for children and a 1,500 square foot common meeting room and computer room.
