As a Rescue Mission, one of our primary missions is to equip men and women to be independent and self sufficient by gaining employment and a sustainable income and purpose.
Last Friday we celebrated a new group of students entering the job search phase. I thought it would be encouraging to share with you some of the success we have had over this first week!
The progress of this group:
- 9 VOH Students started job searching
- 105 applications have been submitted
- 22 Interviews have been scheduled
- 3 students have obtained full-time employment!
