The Orange County Rescue Mission leadership consists of the President and his Executive Assistant, Division Vice Presidents, Department Directors and Facility Managers.

This group forms the “President's Cabinet” and provides a forum for communication and streamlined decision making. This Senior staff is encouraged to crosstrain in programs within other Divisions.

Each President's Cabinet member is then empowered within their respective divisions to carry out the vision of the ministry and communicate to their staff.
